airport express constant rapid green flash

Left for summer and stupidly forgot to disable my Airport Express. Came back to find no network and rapidly flashing green LED, not responding to any resets (hard or soft) and nothing found in the Airport Utility. Mac will connect through ethernet. Let me know if any other info is needed but this sounds bricked to me. Thanks for any help.

BTW no solutions on the apple boards.

Sounds like either someone has captured it for their network, or it is just fried.

Searched forum for captured router with no luck. Sorry if it's already been covered and my resourcefulness is wearing thin at 1:30, but what steps should be taken when a router is captured?
