Ok i have an airport express for my macbook pro, but all my other computers are not using the airport. How do i make the macbook pro join the network of my other computers that aren't using airport.

Help!! Thanks!!!

MacRumoron, carefully describe your current network situation.

It'll probably just be a matter of plugging the Express into your current router. 🙂

Ok, I have a 2wire Homeportal that connects to two computers. I also use this homeportal to connect the airport express. My other computers/laptops are connected with a HPNA (home phone network adapter).

UPDATE: Ok i can connect to windows computers, but i can't with mac comps...

I'll describe my network in the hopes that it will help you:

1. cable modem connects to my d-link di524 wifi router. This router has WPA enabled.
2. My mac mini connects via ethernet to the d-link router.
3. My airport express connects via ethernet to the d-link router
4. My airport express has WEP enabled (for my nintendo DS) as well as AirTunes so I can use my home theater for iTunes music. It has DHCP disabled since the d-link router will assign IP addresses.
5. My powerbook connects via airport to my d-link router using WPA
