Airport Express Problems

I am having serious problems with my Airport Express. It seems it doesn't want t refresh the dhcp so i have restart the whole thing when the internet craps out... which is every 5 minutes or so. Any Ideas on how to fix this?
 
I'd go for a full hard reset and start over on your setup. Be sure that distribute IP addresses is turned on or it just passes out IP information from your cable/DSL modem, which usually just support one address.
