Airport Express w external hard drive

How do I go about setting up my external hard drive to be able to be accessed wirelessly from my MB and my wife's Windows laptop?

Is there an easy way to do this?

Expresses don't support hard drives. Only the Airport Extreme Base Station can use a hard drive.

You need an Airport Extreme for that. The Airport Express doesn't support an external drive; only a printer.
