Airport Express

Hi,

I want to buy an airport express and a bose companion system from the apple store. Could someone please explain to me how I can stream music from my computer to the bose system?

Plug the Airport Express into the wall. Plug the Bose system into the Airport Express. Go to iTunes and turn on look for remote speakers (Preferences>Advanced).
Select Speakers from bottom right menu in iTunes.
Hit Play.

(Takes a total of about 5 minutes to setup).

I have another question

Is the Airport express capable of having an external drive hooked up and the drive being acessed and written to over the network??

EDIT: I have an apple gift card burning a hole so i need to know if I can do this or not
