Airport extreme + airport express

I need to set up my express as a bridge to get a signal from 50ft away then hard wire the express to my extreme to rebroadcast that signal from the extreme. Is that possible?

Why?

Just setup one as the primary enable the other as a wireless distribution point which will allow you to extend your network coverage. Or am I totally not getting the question?

Sorry. Basically I am poor and my neighbor agreed to let me bum their wifi signal from them. The distance is about 50 ft and I wanted to use the Express as a Bridge and have it hard wired to my Extreme so the Extreme can rebroadast the neighbor's signal in my home.
