You might check with the ISP but often you can leave those blank and they will fill themselves in once you get hooked up.

I have my Qwest/Centurylink DSL modem/router setup default (192.168.0.1) The only thing plugged into the modem is the PS3, Wii and Time Capsule. Everything else goes to the TC. Doing it this way allowed me to have devices that I didn't need to access the rest of my network gear. plus I didn't need to mess with a switch to get more eth ports off the TC.
