I see it in Airport Utility. Anyone know what it will fix?
Well i've just upgraded my Extreme and Express to 7.6 and now I can't connect to the internet and having to use an old router...dam it!!!
I wish there was an easy way to go back! It seems you have to have a copy of the 7.5.2 firmware available on your machine for it to load. But I can't find that anywhere. Why does Apple make this so @#$%^&! hard?!Not sure if going back to an older version is possible or useful at this point..???!
Applied first day - no issues here![]()
Excellent advice. Thanks! Also, for Jowie and anyone else who wants to get rid of the flashing amber light: Open AirPort Utility, select the device, ignore the "Update Firmware" option, and click on "Continue." In the next pane, again ignore the "Update Firmware" button and click "Continue," and when a dialog box pops up and gives you the options of "Skip," "Cancel," and "Ignore," choose "Ignore." In the next pane, you'll see a chart indicating that a firmware update is available, but you have chosen to ignore it. With the "Update my [device] with these settings" option selected, click on "Update." Your device will restart, and the light will go back to solid green.
I can't seem to get my USB drive to stay connected to my MBA. It appears for a few mins and them becomes inaccessible... Anyone?
