Depending on which model AE you have, yes.

Uses for the USB port of Time Capsule, AirPort Extreme, AirPort Express

I used to do it with a hard drive with a built in hub and a printer. Can be done, for sure, although at least with the older AEBSs it wasn't the fastest/most reliable way to connect to the drives.
