Lets start with something simple -

This is to make sure your drivers are up to date (particularly the WiFi).

A more extreme set of connection fix remedies are below but you may want to hold off if you feel unsure. The 3rd one is about making networking more available.

From what I have been glancing over the Internet, seems you are not the only one with Win10 connectivity issues.

She bought a cheap PC.

ASUS X551MA-RCLN03

She worked for 2.5 hours today hard wired with no issues.

She is done work for a week so it was only a short timeline.

She finished work and I hooked up the wireless setup to the AE. Unplugged the modem and used a new Ethernet cable from modem to AE.

Internet worked wifi for a few minutes but keeps dropping Internet.

I am looking at Airport Utility and the Internet icon is orange now.

Once I plugged the modem to the router Airport Utility show AirPort Extreme Double Nat error but that went away quickly.

The router address is 108.183.80.1.

Would this be an issue?
[doublepost=1466800246][/doublepost]Can't figure why there is no internet now. Reset modem a few times and it connects for a few seconds and then drops.

Frustrated !!

Have you looked in the modem logs when this happened like I suggested. It seems like you are running in circles here without doing the one thing that will prove it is the modem or not.

Sorry I have been away for a week on vacation.
All computers were off for 8 days. Here is the modem log for when we were away for starters.

All those T3 errors are an indication of a problem (bad connection) somewhere along the line between your cable modem and the cable plant and there is nothing you can do to fix it yourself. The cable company will need to fix it. You can even see one message there where the modem rebooted on its own. What happens is after it gets enough of those T3 errors it will reboot in an effort to get a better connection.

What I would do to document it better for when the cable tech comes is write down the date and time your computers disconnect then grab a screenshot of this modem log at the same date/time to show the T3 errors at the same time. Hopefully that way they will accept it is their problem and not on your end.

Ok I many a folder on my desktop and Ill take a screenshot everything it occurs. Ill monitor it more closely the next few weeks. Thanks for the help....and Ill keep you updated

I am just checking email and my daughter is on her iPad and noticing slow connections so I checked Airport Utility and see this.

Thoughts?

My wife's laptop is connected with Ethernet cable to the AE and no connection either.
Ethernet directly to modem and everything is ok. So AE is the issue ?

Can you help me with my AE setup so I can make sure I have it set up correctly before contacting TW.

So if she connects directly over ethernet to the cable modem there are never ever any slow downs or dropouts? Because you modem logs show there are and even one modem reboot.

I don't know what you have done so far to the router or how you have it configured, so it might be best to just start over by resetting it to defaults then reconfigure using Airport Utility.

Do it make sense that only when the iMac is connected to wifi the network has issues with Internet connection?

Seem to be working find for last 18 hours but once the iMac turned on drops began thru out the house.
