Hi I have the new airport extreme system a1521

Downstairs and at the garden the signal strenght really isnt that great so I was thinking about buying the A1143 and plug it in downstairs for better signal..
Is this possible?

And is 25€ a good price for second hand item?

Yes it will work. The thing to note is that the secondary Extreme should be placed where it has a good signal downstairs or better yet, wire it to the first Extreme. I bought one not too long ago for $30.00 so I am not sure how that converts to your currency.
