Airport problem

Recently when my laptop wakes up, airport says it's connected to my network but nothings working. I turn Airport off then back on and it works again.
What happened? I didn't change anything.

Sounds like your ISP is too slow for your Airport.

But what do I know? I am just a noob.🙄

This is a Lion problem for many. Have you updated to 10.7.1? It fixed this issue for some.
