Airport Problems

Alright, so I have my network set up in my home. The only problem is I had to set it up across the other side house from my Office. I couldn't get a connection because my Mac is so far away. So I bought another a airport express base station closer to my office. It worked for a few months with full bars, but lately I can't get a connection in my office. I don't get what's happening!
