Airport Range?

Hi,

I have been lurking here for a few months and have finally been able to buy my first Mac, a G3 ibook. Loving it so far.
I have a problem trying to set up the wireless.
The ibook recognises my Linksys router when I sit near to it but if I move approx 10 feet away then it loses communication.
My present Winbox connects anywhere in the house, so I know that the router is OK, is this a limitation of Airport (Not Airport Extreme).
Any thoughts? 🙂

Make sure the antenna is firmly connected to the Airport card.

Yeah, if the connector to the airport card (under the keyboard) is just alil bit loose, it will have similar problems.
