Airport Signal, Noise, and Rate

Hi everyone,
What does it mean under the Airport Utility when it gives a clients Signal, Noise, and Rate? My levels are -58, -92, and 54, respectively, but the other two computers on the network are at -66, -1, and -1 for both.
