Airport time capsule apps?

Hello.

I just purchased a new Apple airport time capsule 3 tb. But im trying to figure out how to use it.

1. How do i use it with my iphone or ipad? I wont them to back upp all photos... And is there a app i can do this setting with and also fetch the pics were ever i wont?

2. What other apps can i use with my macbook?

I know wd mybook has a very good my cloud app so i was hoping airport time capsule had something similar.

Time capsule is rubbish as a feature rich NAS, it has no functionally apart from a network drive and wireless router.

I got rid of mine for a synology NAS which allows a hell of a lot more functionally for less money!

No wonder apple is looking to get rid of their time capsule/air port products.

Airport TC doesn't have/run apps.

For #1, you should sync your phone/ipad through iTunes, which will back up the contents. You can set that to happen wirelessly. Your TC, if set correctly, will back up your iTunes library, including the phone/iPad backup.

For #2, nothing in particular.
