airport time capsule as an external drive

I have an airport time capsule that I have not used for almost a year. I would like to reformat it and just use it as an external drive. Anyone know how to do this or do I need to go to the apple store?

Uh, just hang it off your Local Area Network router like any other networkable device. Open Airport Utility, proceed to the "Network" TAB, and place it in "Bridge Mode".

I've two Time Capsules in "Bridge Mode" and a third acting as my WiFi router.
