Airport Time capsule solid orange light

So my A1302 Time Capsule won't show up on wifi or ethernet and the light stays solid orange all the time. Is this a hard drive issue or something worse?

Try a full factory reset by removing the power cord, inserting a paper clip into the reset button, plugging into power, and waiting until the front light flashes rapidly before releasing. Solid amber means the AirPort is booting up and completing the startup sequence.

Tried the full factory reset, no luck. My cousin is going to try and swap in an old hard drive he has laying around to see if that gets it to work, if it does then I will buy a brand new 1TB drive to put in it.

I would just take it into Apple.
