LOL
Well, Kudo's to you for writing to Steve and getting an answer. And Air Print aside, your comments on Apple's over-promising are square on.

Sent email this AM and got this reply:
Again, no one has ever said that Air Print would be pulled.
I'd back you up, but you got the name wrong, it's AirPrint, with no space in the name. It's the small details that matter and support your credibility.
Well it looks like they pulled 10.6.5, at least for today.
Because the CEO actually does the programming and QA...I think it's disgusting that you would email the CEO of Apple and ask him such a petty question. You don't want features like this to be pulled? Don't waste people's time that are working to get it out for you.

Do you really think that e-mailing him will have anything to do with the success or failure of a feature in iOS 4.2? I would have figured you credible had you not actually thought an e-mail to Steve Jobs would take away from the programming of such a feature.I think it's disgusting that you would email the CEO of Apple and ask him such a petty question. If you require the proper typing of a word in order to deem someone credible, then you have some serious issues.I'd back you up, but you got the name wrong, it's AirPrint, with no space in the name. It's the small details that matter and support your credibility.
