People often say, those who escalate opinions to the extreme, they're usually referring to someone like you. Even though I don't need to care about your opinion, I do find it enjoyable to remind you that this is all about "what has been done". As for "what is thought", who cares? Oh, right. Lusting after your neighbor's wife, your boss's luxury car or mansion on a moral level, all of it should be condemned to hell, right?

Guess what, thank God for Jesus, or we'd all be damned.

But, since I'm not like you, I'm not someone who escalates opinions infinitely, I can make it clear that anyone who commits theft deserves the harshest punishment. That's my perspective. Why should those who commit theft be damned? I don't even need to tell you what the Bible says, it's none of my business whether you believe it or not. But I can assure you, you've definitely not seen the news of people who installed iron bars to prevent theft, only to get trapped and die in a fire. The root cause of all this is "preventing theft". Not to mention theft is akin to robbery, their freedom to commit crimes at will, stealing the fruit of other's labor, stealing time, causing even greater losses, even lives... Oh right, I forgot you were talking about morality, people like me who detest thieves, we must be morally bankrupt.

Isn't that interesting?

Thanking Jesus and wishing for others to be executed, what a suitable mix, and sits so well within the commandments framework! Yup you are one fine clever believer of that particular cult.
MR on religion, it never stops entertaining.

Is the air tag accuracy superior to that of 'find my' function of the iphones? because over the past year or so a number of members have reported their iphones being stolen, 'find my' has been activated, it shows up the location of the iphone but when the MR member contacts the police the MR member says the police are not interested because 'find my' does not give a very accurate location of where the iphone is and they were not about to go door to door to find an iphone.

So could this be more a case of what was stolen is why the police were interested in tracking via an airtag?

I’d guess the accuracy being about the same as the AirTags rely on the find my system to be located. I can understand that police often don’t have the capacity to search for an item across an area or a house apart from them not legally being allowed in everywhere immediately.

So you're expecting me to say, "Oh yes, because I believe in Jesus Christ,, I shouldn't hope for these sticky-fingered goons to get zapped?" get real, you're not bothered about religion, thieves, or Jesus. All you wanna do is play contrarian.

Ever since I saw a guy get charbroiled cause anti-theft bars turned his pad into a deathtrap, and my buddy had not one, but two burglaries flip into armed heists like a bad magic trick, I ain't budging on my take about thieves, "they all deserve a shock therapy".

So, You like to perch on your moral high horse? Be my guest, Mr. Wisdom.

Oh lovely name calling when you meet the slightest criticism and then trying to paint others as the contrarians, the irony is amazing. You have fun trying to shoehorn Christ onto your low level revenge fantasy take on life and enjoy.

Maybe you can just point us to all the countries with death penalties that have proven to have no crime as a result. Thought so.
Apple should just build in a remote detonator into the AirTags for all the self righteous first stone throwers out there, right?

Alright, I thought I was being funny. But I really don't want to carry on this conversation. It's pretty clear that we've strayed far from the OP, so I'm going to agree with every word you've said. But I can't resist reiterating that the idea of suffocating criminals has nothing to do directly with whether humans will commit crimes. Oddly enough, this topic has more impact than Oppenheimer's little invention. But yeah, no matter how you look at it, my idea of suffocating thieves as a form of punishment is laughably absurd, so I know I'll never run for president. Please, allow me the freedom to hold onto this thought.

Lastly, you need to let Apple know about your creativity. It would definitely help them win... I'd like to call it the "Award for Most Efforts in Maintaining World Peace".

Maybe in some states. In California we have consumer protections that let me choose any repair shop, so I'm getting only factory-certified OEM parts ;)
Choosing a repair shop and being able to choose what parts are used are to different things.

Shops will find the cheapest fixes to keep their pockets lined.

Will do and best of luck with that comedy career you’re working on, hope it works out!
