That's definitely something that swayed me away from Hermes on this. I want to keep that profile as minimal as possible.

Engraving doesn't appear to affect things ... many, including myself have selected engraving and have delivery dates of the 30th

Right away at 7 they were both shipping at the same time but the shipping time for engraving started slipping within 20 minutes.

Without the UI, you don't get precision tracking. So it will give you a estimated area so not very useful if your trying to find something you lost in your house.

I ordered 2x 4 customized airtags. the first pack arrives on 30th, the second pack arrives one or two weeks later. That's weird, because between these two orders there was maybe 30 seconds?! Both under three minutes after shop was back online.

I believe it would only stop the Precision Tracking from working. You could still find it via bluetooth, like Tile
