Airtags not longer updating on iPhone

Since updating to iOS 16, my four Airtags (bike, keys, bag and bag) are not longer updating in the "Find My"-app. However, on my Mac and on iCloud.com it's working properly.

Have anyone experience the same and know what to do?

Same for me. Fix was to take battery out of airtag, wait 5 min, put batery back in. It started to update correctly afterwards.

Did you find a solution? Taking in and out the battery seems like a temporary solution only to me (I tried, it stopped working).

Sadly I have not found any longterm solution. I also experienced the temporary fix of removing the battery on the airtags, but that did just work for a couple of days. It still works perfectly on the Mac and on iCloud.com.

So I did contact Apple support about that. The second line said it’s a known issue and hopefully it will be fixed in an update.

I updated to iOS 16.1 beta 3 on Friday. Updating of the AirTags are working again (for so far).
