AirTunes Network Question

I would think you'd need to get into the settings for the D-Link to disable the wireless part of the device. They probably don't have their own software so you'd have to connect to the D-Link network and go to the routers address, probably something like "192.168.1.1" in Safari. It should say in Network settings in System Preferences what the address will be, assuming that's how it's configured.
