Airtunes with DVD

Does anyone know whether Airtunes can be used to play the soundtrack from a DVD or Quicktime over the wireless speakers?
So, I can already play my iTunes on my hifi using my airport express, but when im watching a dvd, i have to plug my powerbook into the hifi. Is there anyway of getting around this so I can use my hifi speakers over airtunes?
