When you play a video in Safari, are you able to stream it to an ATV?

I don't see an air play button. Is there a different way to start the airplay?

i have tried reinstalling and rebooting but nothing is happening... I feel like I am the only one with this problem

I'm using it. It simply adds the streaming option to some apps other than Safari. It's kind of hit or miss.
