Akamai Certificate verification accept error?

Tried searching pretty far and wide, can’t find help.

I’ve been getting this error, on iOS 14.8.1 (I know, don’t get me started)

It pops up daily, I just click don’t accept. It’s happening on ipad and iPhone on similar IOS.

Is it legit? How can one tell? Just accept?

I am still getting this error.. any thoughts about how to troubleshoot it or find out which app or credential is causing the problem. I have it on my iPads AND phones, so it must be something universally installed or configured. but the cert doesn’t say any app or unique credential to investigate
