Closed my Macbook today on the way to an appointment. Was planning on using it on the bus. Got home a few hours later, the entire case was very hot to the touch... opened it up and the battery was nearly dead. For whatever reason the monitor went off, but I guess the computer didn't go to sleep.
I've had this issue with apple laptops in the past and was really hoping not to have to deal with this again.
Anyone else experience this or know a work around besides manually putting the computer to sleep?
