Hello all,
I have tried alot of clock apps so I can use my iPhone as a bedside night clock. But there is one problem - it's just too bright.
Many of them have sliders, or gestures to 'turn the brightness down', but do they actually do that? All it seems to do is reduce the brightness of the colours on the display and NOT THE ACTUAL BACKLIGHT.
Is this an API issue i.e. Apple don't allow developers to access the actual screen brightness. Obviously, when I exit the app, I'd like the screen to be at the brightness I'd use during the day (which is nearly full brightness in 'Preferences').
Interested to know!
Cheers all!
