Hello!
Today I had a doctor's appointment, but I missed it because the alarm didn't go off at all. I am 100% sure I set the alarm clock, because I was even picking the alarm sound and checked several times if the alarm clock is on.
I also have doctor's appointments in my iCloud calendar and usually I get notifications on my iPhone and Watch and on my Mac that it's time to leave and a reminder about it. This time there was nothing and I usually just copy paste events in a calendar "Alert 2 hours before travel time" and "Alert when I need to leave". This time there were no notifications. I woke up to the doctor calling me.
My iPhone is further away from me when I sleep, so I don't think I turned the alarm off while I was sleeping and I have 4 alarm clocks set.
I don't even know if it's my fault or something happened. I'm so confused. It could be a user error or something might've happened with my iPhone or I don't know.
I don't think it's a common issue, since if it would be MacRumors would've probably reported on it. Has this happened to anyone else on iOS 26.4?
iPhone 14, iOS 26.4
