This morning I overslept because my iPhone 13 with iOS 16 didn't sound the alarm.

Anyone else that have experienced this since updating? (It has worked good the other days this week)

Actually, Apple took the very easy and simple alarm and screwed it all up by placing it in the health section...now it's complicated and annoying to use.

Wait, you can no longer set alarms using the "clock" app? What? If true, this is BEYOND stupid.

Before venting you may want to check. Apple sleep routine has been moved into health but individual alarms can still be set in clock.

I quit using the alarm widget because I was worried about this happening. It would say no alarm set when I had multiple alarms set.

How can you have a backup method if this ever happens ?
Not sure if there is a backup without just downloading a third party alarm app. Still not using the alarms widget and haven't had the problem since. Not sure if it was a bug that is fixed im kinds scared to try lol.

My iPhone 14 Pro Max is my alarm every single day and it never went wrong. Although I don't use the alarm widget, health app or anything like that. Just the clock app.
