Just search for "alarm" in the App Store and you'll find hundreds of alarms, many of them free.

Select the IOS clock app, select alarm, hit the + icon, set your alarm time.

You can also tell Siri to set an alarm (e.g. "Wake me up at 7am") and she'll do it for you
