Alarm Problem

I have an alarm going off on my iPhone5S every night. It is not set to go off in my alarms. I have been using iPhones since the iPhone3GS and never had this problem.
I can't figure out what the alarm is. It isn't in my Alarm section. I have closed all the other apps. Turned the iPhone off etc. But it still goes off every night at 11:30pm. Any idea what might be causing this?

it might be something built into an app. did you close out all of your apps? try resetting the phone.
