Hi all,

I apologize if this has been answered somewhere already. I just started using my Ultra 2 for sleep tracking. My alarm no longer rings on my iPhone but I get a vibration from my watch. I overslept for the first time in a long time this morning because I guess I didnt feel the vibration on my wrist. Is there a way for my phone alarm to ring while I am sleep tracking?

Thanks!

Thanks but I dont see where this says how to have an alarm actually ring when in sleep mode wearing the watch?

Make sure the watch isn't in silent mode. With silent mode off, you should hear and feel an alarm on your watch, provided the watch is set to mirror your phone. Go ahead and test it now so you will know it works.

Look at the clock app on the iPhone. When using sleep mode the top alarm shows what time you will wake up. After the wake up time the alarm on your iPhone will ring loudly.

I have a sleep schedule set up, so that’s all I know about. In the health app, where you set up a sleep schedule, there is an option to enable the alarm, along with the ringer type and volume of said ringer. I’ve got my volume at max and it works for me.

Obviously if your watch is on silent mode that will over ride.

I use the sleep alarm and a regular recurring alarm setup for weekdays. I dont like that I cant hear the alarm on my phone just because I am wearing my watch and using the sleep function. I dont know why that is a must but it is, so I use a separate alarm which works as intended.

yeah... using sleep schedule and the watch is annoying as hell. Can't believe Apple doesn't give you the option to have your phone ring if you use that function. Never slept with my S4, but do every day with my Ultra 2.

Haven't overslept yet, but tomorrow is my first business trip with the Ultra 2. Here goes nothing...
