iPod touch Album-Art mixed up while Playing (iTunes problem?)

For those of you like myself who enjoy album art on every audio file that you sync, I was wondering if anybody else has recently noticed the wrong album art displaying on your iPod Touch's Now Playing screen?

Along with the occasional mix-up, I've also been seeing 4-in-1 album covers display as album art.

When checking the same song on iTunes, the album art is correct.

I suspect it has to do with the latest iTunes update.

I had similar problems when two albums had the same name (2 artists had both named their best ofs Greatest Hits). So I had to change one to fix it. Although I am not sure if that is what you are describing.
