iPod Album Art Wont "Stick"

I am trying to add the art work to some of my music it just wont let me. i have tried every way that i could think of first selecting the tracks and copy past the image odd the internet, then try to drag it in. When i used the amazon art widget it will bring up the proper art work but then when i click add or what ever its says it just comes with with error itunes is not open, which is it. Does any one have any clue how to fix this? I cant stand not having art work.

What kind of files are you trying to add artwork to? AIFF files do not support artwork for example.

they are just normal mp3 music files.

try using coverscout. it is great. 😀

I've just dragged the image from Amazon to the desktop, then switch to iTunes, and drag it into itunes at the album artwork. Never had a problem.

Select the track or tracks in iTunes and Get Info. Drag the artwork into the artwork box. This always works!
