Alienware Display

Hey, i am looking at buying a display for my 15" mbp. should this work fine? http://www.alienware.com/accessories/gear-shop-Detail.aspx?ItemId=17567&CatId=1441#
i don't really have any experience in monitors and i see no reason why it wouldn't. i would just need a converter cable to go from mini displayport to HDMI, right? thanks

Can't see why not. Yea, MDP to HDMI is the way to go

dont do it i bought it and returned it the colors were really washed out and it made an annoying buzz when the backlight wasnt at 90% or higher which blinds you. get the hp 2159m instead

i bought the alienware through dell.com with great expectations for that price but them was really disappointed i got the hp 2159m at bestbuy which is the same size as the alienware but with a much greater picture
