But for those under /Applications doesn't have that problem, like those pre-instal ( safari, mail , ... ) and those installed by cydia ( like vlcplayer ) . Only those installed under /User/Applications/ have problem. Anyone know how can I trace?

Then I just try to remove all applications and install again, when I try to sync I get the following error.... anyone have idea?

BTW, I am using iphone 2.1, and my itune saying that it is latest, and yes, I've jailbreak my iphone....
