I have a 4GB iPhone I updated to v2.0 late Friday. Yesterday, all my Apps were running fine. Today, I try to run Big Bang Sudoku and it crashes. Subsequent attempts also fail, so I turn off the iPhone and restart it.

First restart, phone doesn't boot properly and only allows me to make emergency calls, so I reboot again.

Second restart appears to load fine. I enter passcode and, strangely, phone tells me my account has been activated (got that message after I upgraded to 2.0 on Friday). Everything else seems normal except every single downloaded app crashes...even simple little things like Flashlight.

Advice earlier about this happening was to delete the apps and download them again. The App Store remembers your prior downloads and lets you get them again as many times as you need to.

I have seen an iPhone with the problem you describe, and I can confirm that deleting and downloading again worked for that one.
