All apps not showing up in Notifications Section within Settings Menu (iOS 10.3.3)

Hi Everyone
I am using an iPhone 7 and i just reset all my settings on my phone .After doing this i have to open each app manually for it to ask me if i want to allow notifications, however some apps don't ask for this option so i have to go into the app settings itself to turn on the notifications.However some apps don't have the settings menu within the app so i can turn on the notifications so i am stuck with not getting notifications for those specific apps.Is there any way to get all my apps to show up in the Notifications section of the settings menu.
