All 'commands' of the iPhone earphones/earbuds/earplugs/whatever-you-like-to-call-it

Can someone tell me all the commands of the iPhone earplugs (or whatever you like to call it )?

I've now got this:

1 click (left, general): sound less loud
1 click (right, general): sound more loud

1 click (middle, iPod): pause or start music
2 clicks (middle, iPod): next song
3 clicks (middle, iPod): previous song

1 click (middle, Voice Memos): start or stop memo

1 click (middle, incoming call): answer to call
2 clicks (middle, incoming call): decline call

Any other controls I'm not aware of?

EDIT: Is there a way to start up Voice Control so I can call someone while I'm cycling without taking my iPhone out of my pocket.

Hold down the middle button until the iPhone plays the "Voice Control" sound.

 

[Acronym]

i think apple could have made double click then hold and tripple click and hold commands for something too, like rewinding instead of just skipping to the begging of the song like regular double and tripple clicks do.

click click/hold --- fast forward

click click click/hold --- Rewind
