Ok so maybe I'm just new to this Apple Watch thing but I come from a fitbit where the watch would tell me how many calories I've burned throughout the day. I looked at the activity area of the watch and I'm not sure why it came up with 550 calories... What does that mean exactly? Is there a way to see my all day caloric burn?

iPhone>Activity App>History tab>Move>Swipe Right

  • Total Calories = All calories burned
  • BMR = the amount of calories burned to sustain life
  • Active Calories = calories burned above BMR when exerting or exercising

Is there a way to access that on the apple watch?

Not your total calories only your move calories from the watch
Thanks!
