Started working with iPadOS 18 this morning, just browsing my Mail Inbox.
Suddenly (without my doing anything), ALL of the emails in my Inbox disappeared (with the exception of ONE email - the earliest one in the Inbox, from 2022). This was about 180 emails.
I also tried accessing them on my iPhone and Mac, but they were just GONE. Not in Trash, not in Junk, just ... gone.
When I accessed them via iCloud on the web, though, they were all still there, in the Inbox (whew). I wound up creating a new "holding" folder for those and moved them there via web access so I would assume they'd be "safe". Sure enough, those emails now show up on the web and in all clients in the new "holding" folder.
So, anyone else see something like this happening? I'm concerned that all my emails could just disappear with no action on my part and not be locatable in ANY client 🤷♂️
