Hi everyone, hope you can help.

I'm having issues with my iMac that's running Mountain Lion.
When I open the Finder, and click on the "all files" tab, it's empty!

Also, for example, If i transfer a file over Airdrop from my MacBook Pro, it disappears! I have no idea where it saves it to, If I go to my Downloads tab, it's not there either (even when I do it by date).

This is frustrating to say the least. Can any one help me get these tabs to work for me? (they work fine on the MacBook Pro).

Thanks in advance

Stuart

Try removing and readding them by clicking "Finder" --> "Preferences" --> "Sidebar" --> Uncheck and Check AirDrop and All My Files.

Also, open Disk Utility (/Applications/Disk Utility) and repair permissions on your hard drive.
