My current iPhone could be rainbow or jet black, or anything else for all I know... Presuming most of us just slap a case on covering the color anyway - which is unfortunate-, alas, here's pretty bog standard colors again for 2024.

If those are the colors, then it's highly unlikely the fourth one was ever intended to be a rose gold. It's clearly a copper/bronze color, which looks bad in this photo but which could be very striking in person.

Recently purchased a yellow iPhone 15 based on the rumors and if today's image holds true, I'm glad I went with the 15. I quite enjoy the yellow colored iPhone.

The color of the metal is actually alright. It’s that brown back that isn’t really doing it for me. I still wish we could just have a true rose color. Or bring back gold.

I’ll reserve judgement for the final reveal.

I still don’t understand why the admittedly difficult time Apple has coloring titanium has to limit the color of the glass. It isn’t even like they get the shades to match exactly anyway. (And for the white model they do in fact have a “two tone” look) Just give us bright colored backs please! We can handle if the titanium sides aren’t the same hue!

lol colors. I care about substance. 12gb+ ram so my phone will have a long life expectancy with AI? A more powerful and flexible OS so I can get work done without fighting apple’s artificial obstacles.

This is why I don't care for the Titanium over the Stainless Steel. Brown? Really? I hope this rumor is untrue.

Leaker Sonny Dickson is back today with a new dummy unit image showing all four iPhone 16 Pro color variants, including the rose gold or "bronze" unit that replaces Blue Titanium in the existing iPhone 15 Pro models.

The iPhone 16 Pro models are expected to come in black, white or silver, gray or "Natural Titanium," and a rose or rose gold color replacing Blue Titanium, according to Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo and other leakers.

Dickson's image shows what we can expect, particularly in terms of the rose gold variant, which was recently described by one leaker as having more of a bronze-like hue. Apple did not include a gold option in the iPhone 15 lineup, so a similar variant could see heightened demand.

One rumor suggests that Apple is using an improved process for finishing and coloring titanium, which will result in a glossier look than the brushed aluminum finish of the iPhone 15 Pro models. The glossy finish could look much more like the stainless steel that Apple used in prior years, but it will be more resistant to scratches.

We don't actually know the official color names yet, but Apple may choose to stick with the Titanium colorway branding it used for the iPhone 15 Pro models. The next-generation iPhone 16 lineup is due to arrive around mid-September, so we will know for sure soon. Dickson revealed the colors for the standard (non-Pro) iPhone 16 models last month. What do you think of the new colors? Let us know in the comments.

“The glossy finish could look much more like the stainless steel that Apple used in prior years, but it will be more resistant to scratches.” Why would that be? Titanium is softer than stainless steel and more prone to scratches.

Unlike most others here it seems, I like the brown color. I do wish they would do green again though. If these colors are accurate, I’ll get either the brown or natural.

Words cannot describe how utterly boring the iPhone has become.
Put down the pitchforks iFanboyz - yes I do realize it's a mature product. But still some actual innovation is badly needed in this space.
At this point I would be happy with some decent colors.
