Because without them there would be no iPhone 4 with just about everything most people want. 😀

Maybe it would have the better camera but really it would only be a 3GSe at best (for example) (e for enhanced)


I was watching the WWDC podcast and caught the comment from Steve that they'd been working on the iP4 for 18 months.

I figured the 2G gave them that 2 year advantage but with the 3G they would have to ramp up big time because they knew something like Droid, et al would be here soon.

I second that. The DROID, or Android is not all that it's out to be. I've owned TWO Android phones, and both are really bad to be honest. Android doesn't have much going for it, or maybe it's just because all the phones are bad quality compared to the iPhone?

what 2 phones did you have? motorola droid is the best phone i have ever had, and wouldnt give it up if i didnt buy an ipad. if only movies/ tv shows werent locked down to apple...
