Does China make all iPhones? If not, all iPhones shipped to US are from China?

China makes everything. The rest of the world are simply consumers.

If you googled it, you'd see that china indeed makes the iPhone like everything else as the other poster mentioned.

Apple controls the distribution from Shanghai to its points all over the world. So yes,in another gross oversimplification, Apple designs the product here, sends it over to china where its manufactured, then disburses it all over the world, while steve & co pocket the earnings. I hear fedex or UPS moves plane loads of apple products at a time. I'd love to be that pilot ~.~

So, no iPhone factories in India or eastern Europe or some where else?

Nah.. I hear cargo planes are no fun even if full of new iPhones. ;)

You should have bought Foxconn shares a while back ago in Hong-Kong. You would have made a killing on them.
