All Non Apple Apps Stopped Working

i have a 8g 3G on OS 3.1, and all my non apple apps have stopped working. you select one it opens and immediatly opens. i have seen this mentioned in one other thread but nothing more then that. anyone else run into this?

Connect iPhone to iTunes and choose to re-Authenticate/Authorize your account (or whatever the English version says...)
