All photos now in Wallpaper

I dont know what I did, but all my photos are under "wallpaper". How do i get them back to the photo folder. Also, the black background that is the normal wallpaper. It is now gone. I liked the black background. cant find it anywhere. whatever i did, it gave me a photo of the iphone as background. thanks.

This happened to me one time. What I did was close out the photos app from the multitasking bar and that fixed it.
