There's a massive thread on the "little things" (extra goodness) in 5.0 and 5.0.1, so I thought it might be time for a separate thread on 5.1.

Here's one contribution:

In the stock Photo app, you can return a photo you are viewing to it's album by pinching thumb and forefinger together on the photo.
