All those certificates in Keychain

Anyone knows where all those certificates in the Keychain come from?

I can't delete them either.
How do I start clean a Keychain?

Under System Roots.

Those are critical system level certificates installed by Apple. They dictate if a server's given certificate is a legitimate one or not. Do not edit or alter those certificates.
